პერსონალური მონაცემების დამმუშავებელია შპს „ორითოკი“ (oritoki LLC), საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი 402372918, მისამართი: ე. ნინოშვილის ქ. 13, ბ. 23B, თბილისი, საქართველო. კონტაქტი: [email protected], +995 598 42 80 22.
2. რა მონაცემებს ვიღებთ
- განაცხადის ფორმა („შემოგვიერთდი“): სახელი, გვარი, ტელეფონი, ელ. ფოსტა (არასავალდებულო), ქალაქი, ქვეყანა, სერტიფიკატები და ატვირთული სერტიფიკატის ფაილი, Rope Access დონე, ენები, საკუთარი აღჭურვილობა და დამატებითი ინფორმაცია, რომელსაც თავად მიუთითებთ.
- დაკავშირება: როცა გვირეკავთ, გვწერთ WhatsApp-ზე ან ელ. ფოსტით — ის ინფორმაცია, რასაც თავად გვიგზავნით.
- საიტის სტატისტიკა: Google Analytics-ის მეშვეობით — ანონიმური ინფორმაცია ვიზიტის შესახებ (რომელი გვერდი ნახეთ, საიდან მოხვედით, მოწყობილობის ტიპი, ქვეყანა). სახელსა თუ საკონტაქტო მონაცემებს Analytics არ იღებს.
3. რისთვის ვიყენებთ
- განაცხადს ვიყენებთ მხოლოდ იმისთვის, რომ შევაფასოთ თქვენი კვალიფიკაცია და დაგიკავშირდეთ, როცა შესაფერისი პროექტი ან ვაკანსია გამოჩნდება.
- საკონტაქტო ინფორმაციას — თქვენს შეკითხვაზე ან შეკვეთაზე პასუხისთვის.
- სტატისტიკას — საიტის გასაუმჯობესებლად.
თქვენს მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით, არ ვაქირავებთ და სარეკლამო მიზნით არავის გადავცემთ.
4. სად ინახება
განაცხადი საიტზე ან რაიმე მონაცემთა ბაზაში არ ინახება: გაგზავნისთანავე ის ელ. ფოსტით მოდის კომპანიის საფოსტო ყუთში და ინახება მხოლოდ იქ. გადაცემაში მონაწილეობს საიტის ჰოსტინგ-პროვაიდერი Cloudflare, ხოლო საფოსტო ყუთს ემსახურება Zoho Mail (მის ამოქმედებამდე — Google Gmail). ეს კომპანიები მონაცემებს ამუშავებენ მხოლოდ ჩვენი სახელით და შესაძლოა საქართველოს ფარგლებს გარეთ.
5. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ
განაცხადს ვინახავთ მანამ, სანამ მოქმედებს მასში მითითებული სერტიფიკატი (მაგ. IRATA ან SPRAT) — თითოეული განმცხადებლისთვის ინდივიდუალურად, მისი სერტიფიკატის ვალიდურობის ვადით. თუ სერტიფიკატი არ არის წარმოდგენილი ან მისი ვადა უცნობია — არაუმეტეს 1 წლისა. ვადამდე წავშლით, თუ ამას მოითხოვთ.
6. ქუქი-ფაილები (cookies)
- Google Analytics იყენებს ქუქი-ფაილებს (მაგ.
_ga), რათა ერთმანეთისგან განასხვავოს ვიზიტები. მათი შეზღუდვა შეგიძლიათ ბრაუზერის პარამეტრებში ან Google-ის Analytics-ის გამორთვის დამატებით. - საიტი თქვენს ბრაუზერში ინახავს მხოლოდ თქვენ მიერ არჩეულ ენასა და ფერთა თემას (ღია/მუქი), რომ შემდეგ ვიზიტზე იგივე გაიხსნას.
7. თქვენი უფლებები
„პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის მიხედვით, შეგიძლიათ მოითხოვოთ ინფორმაცია თქვენი მონაცემების შესახებ, მათი გასწორება ან წაშლა, და გამოიხმოთ თანხმობა. მოგვწერეთ: [email protected]. ასევე გაქვთ უფლება, მიმართოთ პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურს (personaldata.ge).
8. ცვლილებები
ამ პოლიტიკის განახლების შემთხვევაში ახალი ვერსია ამავე გვერდზე გამოქვეყნდება, განახლების თარიღით.
Privacy policy
Effective from 11 October 2026
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is oritoki LLC (შპს ორითოკი), identification code 402372918, 13 E. Ninoshvili St., Apt 23B, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: [email protected], +995 598 42 80 22.
2. What we collect
- The “Join our network” form: first and last name, phone, e-mail (optional), city, country, certifications and an uploaded certificate file, rope access level, languages, own equipment and any notes you add.
- Contacting us: what you send us yourself by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
- Site statistics: through Google Analytics — anonymous information about the visit (pages viewed, where you came from, device type, country). Analytics receives no names or contact details.
3. Why
- Applications are used only to assess your qualifications and contact you when a suitable project or vacancy comes up.
- Contact details — to answer your question or order.
- Statistics — to improve the site.
We do not sell, rent or pass your data to anyone for advertising.
4. Where it is kept
Applications are not stored on the website or in any database: on sending, they arrive by e-mail in the company mailbox and are kept only there. Our hosting provider Cloudflare carries them in transit, and the mailbox is provided by Zoho Mail (until it is in place, Google Gmail). These companies process the data only on our behalf and possibly outside Georgia.
5. How long
We keep an application for as long as the certificate in it (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT) is valid — individually for each applicant, for the validity period of their certificate. If no certificate is provided or its expiry is unknown, no longer than 1 year. We delete it earlier if you ask us to.
6. Cookies
- Google Analytics uses cookies (e.g.
_ga) to tell visits apart. You can restrict them in your browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. - The site stores in your browser only the language and colour theme (light/dark) you chose, so the next visit opens the same way.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
